Tetrate is searching for experienced Pre-Sales Engineer - Federal/Public Sector, to act as the technical “arm” of the sales cycle within our ever expanding Federal customer account portfolio. As a Pre-Sales Engineer - Federal/Public Sector, you will be the technical lead within assigned accounts, leveraging your abilities to provide technical guidance, leadership, and serving as a customer advocate. You will collaborate with the Customer Engineering (CE), and other members of the product sales team to solve the customers' complex business challenges using our portfolio of products and services. You will ensure that the proposed solution (P.O.C) has been technically validated and that there are no technical barriers that would prevent the client from adopting our solution. The SE proactviely collaborates with the Account Executive team to develop business cases and value justifications to support world-class value propositions to our customers. As a trusted advisor to your accounts you'll continuously create and nurture relationships that will give you the chance to learn about your customers, their goals, and their challenges in order for Tetrate to better serve them moving forward.
